The Translational Health Research Conference, College of Medicine and Health, University College Cork
Molecular Medicine Ireland attended the Translational Health Research Conference organised by the College of Medicine and Health at University College Cork, in association with Pfizer and the Cork Cancer Research Centre in Brookfield Health & Sciences Complex on 24 June 2009. The conference was well attended with over 180 registrants and up to 90 posters. The key thematic areas of the conference included Neurosicence, Public Health/Health Services and Cancer. The key note address in each thematic area was delivered by Dr Nicola Robertson, UCL Institute for Women's Health University College London; Professor Hannah McGhee, Professor of Health Services Research, RCSI and Dr Aideen Long, Dept Clinical Medicine, TCD respectively.
