Are you interested in applying your expertise to develop Ireland’s capacity to conduct clinical research studies at a National and European level that will improve outcomes for patients and add value to the knowledge economy? Then the post of ICRIN Coordinator at Molecular Medicine Ireland will be of interest to you.

ICRIN is funded in its preparatory phase by the Health Research Board and Health Service Executive to promote harmonisation of training, processes and practice in all aspects of clinical research and to support academic and industry sponsors of clinical research in Ireland. ICRIN is the Irish partner of the European Clinical Research Infrastructures Network (ECRIN), funded by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme to develop an infrastructure to support pan-European clinical research studies.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a discipline relevant to clinical research, several years of experience in a clinical research environment and a thorough knowledge of the regulatory approval processes for pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and devices in Europe and the USA.

The post will be for a period of one year initially. A competitive salary is available for this post.
